Delivery Timelines

We will make every effort to deliver your order as per your chosen available slot. The products ordered by you shall be available for delivery as per the allotted delivery slot, which will depend on your location. Depending on location, we will deliver your products on the next day, or the day after tomorrow, from the point of ordering

If you fail to take delivery for any reason, your order and delivery thereof shall be treated as cancelled. The person authorized to deliver the product may decline to deliver the product if they find any inconsistency as regards the Order No or any other detail of the order.

Subject to the availability of the ordered product on the delivery day, Go Eat part of M K Exports shall deliver the product to you as per schedule, failing which Go Eat part of M K Exports shall inform you with a revised schedule for delivery of the product. You may ask for cancellation/modification of the order on account of this..

  • It is your responsibility to count and check all the products while accepting the products as per your order.
  • No dispute will be entertained by Go Eat part of M K Exports once you accept the products.
  • You shall accept the product without demur in the following circumstances:
    • If the products delivered to you are in accordance with your order, or Loose Fruits and Vegetables with minor weight variation due to moisture loss.
  • We request you to check all the products at the time of delivery or pick up
  • Complaints pertaining to short weight will not be entertained if the complaint is not lodged at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges will be levied for each delivery. However, Go Eat part of M K Exports may run certain promotions/offers or prescribe a minimum order value for each transaction to waive the delivery charges, which is conditional.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our delivery point, an email or an SMS will be sent to you on the email address and mobile number provided by you under “Billing Address” when you placed your order with us.

Order Splitting

Sometimes, we may not be in a position to deliver an order to a particular location due to the nature of the product, its availability, or due to the service limitations of our courier and logistic partners. In such cases, you may receive the items (of a single order) at different points in time or through different courier partners. The status of all items within an order can be tracked online.

Delivery Location

We currently deliver orders to pin codes/areas across cities within India only. You may check the delivery serviceability of your area/locality with our customer care/support team. Those listed serviceable areas can be cancelled owing to extraordinarily difficult circumstances.

International Delivery

At Go Eat, part of M K Exports, we understand the importance of receiving premium quality fresh mangoes. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of mangoes, and the inherent risks associated with transportation, we acknowledge that spoilage may occasionally occur during delivery.

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following guarantee:

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your mangoes, please inspect the entire lot carefully over the following days.
  • Reporting Damage: If you discover any spoiled or damaged mangoes, please take clear pictures of the affected pieces.
  • Refund Guarantee: We guarantee a full refund for the spoiled or damaged mangoes.
  • Swift Processing: Refunds will be processed swiftly within 2-4 days upon receiving your complaint and the corresponding images. No questions asked.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order fully or partially by calling our customer service until the delivery process has been initiated by us.
  • In such cases, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order, in accordance with our prevailing Refund Policy, taking into account any expenses already incurred by us.
  • Please contact us at info@mkexports.co.in for cancellation or modification of your order.
  • Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not yet been processed
  • Cancellation of an order is not possible once the products have been released for dispatch or shipped from our delivery location.

Order Modification

  • Owing to item availability, there may be changes or modifications to selected baskets. We will account for these changes.
  • All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to manufacturer warranties and the invoice terms and conditions
