Green Peas are legumes enclosed in a green-colored pod measuring 10cm in length with a number of globular green-colored peas inside that offer a palette of sweet grassy flavors with nutty undertones.

For convenience, we have shelled these green peas for you which means all you have to do is take them out of the packaging and use them. The peas have a subtle flavor that mixes well with other veggies when used in dishes ranging from stir-fries, curries, noodles, mashed blanched peas with spices for shallow or deep fry, soups, stews, and the list goes on.

Shelf Life and Storage

Green Peas as a whole have a shelf life of up to 3 days, however, these are shelled peas and thus, are at their freshest for up to two days of arrival. Place it in a refrigerator on arrival as doing so keeps it fresh for longer. Do not wash them before storing them. Once overdue, peas begin losing their crispiness.
